Non-Returnable Items

As all our dresses are custom-made according to individual orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started. Please ensure that your measurements and order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
